1) HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US?

You can email us at Support@angegems.com or Dm us on Instagram @angegems_ . We normally respond within 1-2 hours but in some rare cases it could take up to 24hrs to get a response.

2) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Our custom Photo pendants normally take about 1-3 business days to make. After your item ship, it will take 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days depending on the option you chose at check out for united states orders. International orders time frame differs please check out our shipping policy https://www.angegems.com/pages/shipping-policy.

All of our other products such has name necklaces ,rings ,bracelets etc, have a processing time of 6-15-business days and 3-5 business days for shipping.

3) WILL MY NECKLACE FADE OR RUST?

Our pendants are 18k gold Plated,Please avoid when sleeping, showering, swimming & exercising.keep away from chemicals such as perfume or cologne.

4) IS IT REAL? 

Yes,We offer High Quality 18k Plated Gold Jewelry.

The diamonds that are made with these pendants are called CZ diamonds which is short for Cubic Zirconia. Cubic Zirconia diamonds are an inexpensive diamond alternative with many of the same qualities as a diamond. This crystalline material (or CZ) is synthetic, which means it is created in a laboratory.

5) HOW TO SEND MY PICTURE FOR A PHOTO PENDANT? 

You can simply choose the upload photo button when checking out. If you have any issues you can email us at Support@angegems.com

6) WHERE'S MY PACKAGE? 

All of our packages are shipped with USPS postal service. Please allow the timeframe you chose at checkout for it to arrive, if you don't have it within that time frame please allow a few extra days as the carrier may be experiencing delays. Please understand after your item is shipped we have no control over the carrier. 

7) CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

There are no refunds on custom items because we can not resale them. If we made a mistake on our part we are entitled to correcting the issue, a refund or exchange may be granted. For more info on this please read our refund policy.

8) CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We will allow you to cancel within 1-2 hrs after the order is placed please understand we try to get our orders out as quickly as possible so we start on them almost immediately. Just contact us.

9) HOW TO KEEP MY JEWELRY IN GOOD CONDITION?

Keep away from Water & Chemicals.
